Digital Transitions Phased Re-Opening in Response to COVID-19

At the beginning of March, when the pandemic hit the states hard, we quickly made arrangements to enable our whole team to work from home and provide our clients with the best possible products, support, and service remotely. We launched our “Project Lemonade” Webinar Campaign which has seen thousands of registrants from around the world and now includes dozens of webinars in our archive for you to watch (if you have some free time, we highly recommend these informative sessions).

We’re excited to announce our phased re-opening beginning June 15th. We’ll continue our practice of remote demonstrations and support services whenever possible but will have increased rental availability with curbside pickup, and faster shipping on orders. Our offices will observe the following hours for pick-up and drop-off services regarding purchases, rentals, repairs, and support cases.

Our online store is still open, and DT will remain available for sales, remote demonstrations, support, and service while taking the utmost precautions to ensure that we keep all equipment, accessories, and (most importantly) our staff and customers safe from the spread of COVID-19. We’ve always prided ourselves on going above and beyond to be there for our customers, and we intend to maintain that promise.

As the situation evolves and more information becomes available, we will continue to adapt and change our practices accordingly. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or to set up a remote demo. In the meantime, we wish every one of our customers, friends, and family safety and good health during this crisis.
