As we’re all aware, the COVID-19 virus has impacted lives across the globe. While many of us are lucky enough to not have the health of ourselves or our loved ones directly affected by this pandemic, it has still caused massive disruption to the daily routines and business flows that we take for granted.
As the situation continues to evolve, we want to assure our customers that our online store is still open, and DT will remain available for sales, remote demonstrations, support, and service while talking the utmost precautions to ensure that we keep all equipment, accessories, and (most importantly) our staff and customers safe from the spread of the Coronavirus. We’ve always prided ourselves on going above and beyond to be there for our customers, and we intend to maintain that promise.
Unfortunately, there is a high likelihood that things that require shipment (factory repairs, new equipment orders, etc.) may be impacted, as manufacturing and transportation are dealing with interruptions to their normal operation. We will do our best to keep everyone updated on their order status as this develops.
We are also taking the step of cancelling or delaying any events we have scheduled for the next 30 days, with the option to extend that to 60 should the need arise. Again, we will maintain constant updates on the status of these as more information becomes available.
